The living room
On a large sofa by the cozy fireplace you can make yourself comfortable. After a long hiking day in the nature, you can put your feet up together with a good film and a glass of wine or to play games with the family. Our modern flat screen TV may also help in such moments. Naturally, a game console is also available. When the weather is good, the living room opens up to a terrace.

Garden
From the terrace you have direct access to the garden, where a barbecue can be found. A cozy camping fire invites for spending late nights under the stars. Also children will have fun on the playground. Actually, even dogs feel comfortable as the garden is completely fenced-in.

Dining room & kitchen
In the fully equipped kitchen, with an adjoined breakfast table, you will find a ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker and much more. The washing machine and dryer are located in a storage room next to the kitchen where they hardly make any noise. So you do not need to do without your comfort even on vacation.
The dining room, which adjoins the kitchen and the living room, can accommodate 6-8 persons.

Bedroom
Two bedrooms are fitted out with double beds and another bedroom offers two single beds.

One of the bedrooms can be converted into a ‘’family room’’ as a daybed provides further sleep options. On request, a cot may be made available to guests also. This bedroom is also connected to a balcony of 32sqm; from here the view is breath-taking.

Bathrooms & toilets
On the ground floor there is a separate guest toilet. On the upper floor you will find a spacious bathroom with toilet, bath, 2 sinks and a shower.

Others
Washing machine and dryer are for free use.
The garage, offers plenty of space to store skis, bicycles and cars safely.
Sleds are also available for hire. The ski and toboggan run is just 13 minutes away.
A barbecue for beautiful summer days is also being made available to you.
