Service & Booking Conditions

A one-time service fee of € 100.00 will be charged. Included in the price are the provision of towels for kitchen, bath etc., made beds, the final cleaning at the end of your holiday as well as additional costs such as electricity, water, heating and WLAN use.

If a cot and/or child chair is required, please indicate this during your booking. We make these available free of charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is 0.60 € per day and person and will be added to the final in children and young people up to the age of 16 are free.

Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total amount are required at the time of conclusion of the rental agreement. The remaining balance is to be transferred to our bank account no later than 4 weeks before your arrival. For short-term bookings: 100% in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation

You can, of course, withdraw from the rental agreement at any time before the start of the rental period. We will then try to rent the holiday home for the same period. As a tenant, you have the right to ask a substitute tenant, who takes over the holiday house for the full period.

In case of cancellation, we reserve the right to calculate a loss and expenditure analysis as follows:

• 100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival.
• for cancellations 1-30 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed rental price.
